HEBERTH SOBRAL, "VIOLENCE IS NO TOY" (PHOTOGRAPHY)
Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1984 Heberth Sobral has always been interested in art and today he has become a very politically active artist who likes to discuss controversial facts through his work.
His career started with a photography workshop when he was invited by Vik Muniz to become his assistant and he remains up to today.
Heberth develops his own projects in which he uses photography and painting as a base for his art.
Nascido no Rio de Janeiro em 1984 o carioca Heberth Sobral sempre se interessou por artes plásticas e hoje se tornou um artista que coloca temas polêmicos do cotidiano em discussão.
Começou sua carreira artística em 2005 quando fez um curso de fotografia que o levou a ser convidado por Vik Muniz para trabalhar como seu assistente e assim permanece até hoje.
Heberth desenvolve seus próprios projetos em que utiliza a fotografia e a pintura como suporte.
